Job Description:
The Taproom Host is a team-oriented individual who represents North High Brewing Company. Taproom Hosts are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for NHB customers with the use of our Customer Service Program. Your Job will be to Book Reservations over the phone and in-person using Open Table along with Answering the Phone. The Door is a challenging environment and requires you to be able to multitask and manage multiple individuals at once. It is your job to manage the flow of the restaurant and be a beacon of our customer service program because all experiences begin at the door. Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
The position will work directly with the Taproom General Manager and Beverage Manager.
